Bad news first...
Obviously, Active Cases 3.0 and Active CRM 1.3 have not been released yet. 
Does this mean we haven't been working on them?  Absolutely not. 
Does it mean they are going to be released soon? Yes.
 

Good news...
Each of these products are simply amazing.  Previous Active Cases Customers will just be shocked.  If you have liked what you have seen in Active Purchase, just wait until you see Active Cases.  Active CRM 1.3 is not as big of a release as Active Cases, but it does have some much needed new features and improvements.  I will post another blog about the enhancements for each product shortly.

What's left to make them ready for release?

Active CRM 1.3
- Complete the day view for the new calendar.
- Complete and test install package.

Active Cases 3.0
    All versions:
        1) Complete notification system.
        2) Complete task management tools
        3) Package and test.
        4) Upgrade script

    Professional and Enterprise
        1) Complete Reports
        2) Complete Knowledge base

    Enterprise
        1) Enable inbound email support (not going to be available with initial release)

I don't think I have mentioned this yet, but all Active Cases 2.0 customers will receive a free upgrade to Active Cases 3.0 regardless of their purchase date.
