This forum should be used for medium to low priority support requests.  High priority requests should be emailed to support@activemodules.com.  

Issues that are considered high priority:
1) Installation/Upgrade errors
2) Errors that make your forums unavailable.
3) Security concerns
4) Performance issues

We will accept any support request via email.  Just be aware that requests sent via email are processed sooner then issues posted in this forum. 

Please call 843-769-9877 in the event that an upgrade has caused your forums to be completely unavailable.

Also, we prefer that you do not use the Snowcovered Help Desk.
