Q: How do I access the Customer Only sections?
A: Anyone who has purchased one of our modules from Snowcovered will have a username and password on ActiveModules.com.  Snowcovered sends our site details of your purchase once the transaction is processed.  Since this is an automated process, there can be technical issues at times.  If you are registered on ActiveModules.com with the same email address you use on Snowcovered then your account will be updated with the appropriate security roles.  If you use a different email address then chances are we automatically created a user account for you.  This information would have been emailed to the address you use on Snowcovered.  The auto generated user account is usually the prefix of your email address.  For example, joesmith@somedomain.com would have an auto generated account of joesmith.  You may want to request a password reminder from the login screen using the prefix of your email address.  If you are still unable to determine your username, please submit a support request.  Please be sure to include your Snowcovered Order Id.
