Hi Forums,
Have a quick question...
When a user replies to a message, the message they are replying to sits at the top of the input box. It's a problem that dozens of our users write and complain about as basically forces them to delete the previous message before they have the space to compose their own. Normally when you reply to an email the previous message is displayed below a few empty lines.
Please check out this quick mockup, should make it clear:

Anyone know how to control this? Either to remove the previous message from being displaying in the field or add some empty lines?
cheers
Doug
