Once a user receives a message and reviews it  - it dissapers.  Cant get it in any view - selecting view read, etc.  Also we have the override set and individuals are wanting to send notifications of messages via e-mail however none are going out.  This is a new install. Thoughts?

Make sure you click the "Show Read" checkbox. You can then see sent messages in your outbox.

There is a bug with this though.  Here is what I am seeing.  You click a link to a page with the PM module on it.  The show read box is not checked. 

You click Show read -> the read messages appear.
You click one of the read messages to read it again and then click the Back to inbox link
You are then brought back to the inbox, the show read checkbox is checked, but the read messages do not appear.  You need to clear and reclick the checkbox for the read message to appear.

Also try this one. 
You go into the page with PM module on it.  The show read box is not checked.
You click Show read -> the read messages appear.
You click into another page from the menu bar
You click into the PM page again.  The show read box is still checked, but the read messages do not apper.
You click into another page from the menu bar
You click into the PM page again.  The show read box is not checked. 

Hopefully this gets fixed ASAP.  It is confusing my users.
