I have the setting for Profiles are moderated but I do not know where or how I am able to moderate or approve the profiles my users create?

Click the moderate button that is in the search box.  I have attached a screen capture.

I do not have that link, only the search and browse links.  I am logged in as Host.

Hi Will,
         If a profile is declined, is there a way for a user to make changes to the profile and then resubmit for approval? Additionally, when our admin tries to view a profile pending approval it states that the profile is pending approval, how are they to view prior to approving?

So you are saying that I cannot be logged in as Host and accomplish Profile Moderation?

Maybe you could consider making that possible. As a host, I pretty much never login as an admin.
