Can the Profile module be configure so that only users that have a profile view another profile. At the very least, I only want registered uses to be able to see a profile. I just can't seem to find the correct setting for this in the configuration.

Thank you for your question, i have the same problem for a long time.

You need to allow only registered users to see the page where your My Profile module is installed. That's in DNN page config, not in My Profile (Active Profile sorry...). Uncheck all users and check registered users instead.
