Hello,

when we add the module DNNFusion MyProfile we get this error:

================

Error: DNNFusion SeeMyProfile is currently unavailable.
DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. ---> System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at DNNFusion.DNN.Modules.MyProfile.ViewMyProfile.InitialiseForm() at DNNFusion.DNN.Modules.MyProfile.ViewMyProfile.Page_Load(Object sender, EventArgs e) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

================

Is there a way to fix it?

Thanks and regards,
Davide

What version of DotNetNuke are you running? Sounds like you are running an unsupported version of DotNetNuke or you haven't even setup the main MyProfile module yet.

Hello,

we are really not able to have SeeMyProfile working.... how is that possible?

I do not understand why that module cannot work!

Do you have all the other Profile modules working and configured properly?

The other modules work: I mean....I configured the MyProfile ...also the others do not throw any exception...

Maybe I have to set some special config for MyProfile?

When you figure that out let me know, cause I have not found out why I keep getting the error myself.

I think... I won't find any solution.

What it seems absurd is that there is such an error and there is no solution!

We also bought that module and we are not able to have it working as there is always that nasty error

It is really a shame as we bought the module to use SeeMyProfile.
