Active Modules acquired MyProfile with the release of MyProfile 1.4 on July 1, 2008. We will only support Active Profile/MyProfile 1.4 or higher.
Before you post a complaint or a problem please make sure you are running MyProfile 1.4. We will not troubleshoot or investigate any issues until you have upgraded to the latest version.
Please use the Contact Us Form under the Company page of our site if you do not have access to the latest version. You must include your invoice number from your original purchase.
All previous MyProfile customers will receive a free upgrade to MyProfile 1.4 and 1.5.
I apologize if my comments sound harsh or stern, but we have had numerous DNN Fusion customers posting complaints, rude comments and just generally being unprofessional, when come to find out they are using a version that is over a year old.
I respectfully ask that you forget about any problems that you had with previous versions of MyProfile or DNN Fusion. Allow us to have a fresh start. We are committed to building the best social networking tools on the market, but we can't do it without your support, cooperation and trust.
If you are using MyProfile/Active Profile 1.4, then I encourage you to use the forums to post comments, suggestions and even complaints. We need your feedback and suggestions. We want to know how we can improve the product for you.
