I need a general create profile link that will take the user to the create profile page. The link from the profile module inserts mid into the url, i am assuming this is a user id of some sort. What link can i use that will work for any user?

MID is actually the Module ID. And that link should work for all users as the User ID is picked up behind the scenes.
