Is active compare Active?

Can a user click on say 5 companies out of 20 with all their features and compare them? making in interactive?

Or is it just the stationary grey dots that on can enter in as features?

Right now it is just a stationary grid for comparing. However, there are a lot of features on that page's custom module that we are likely to implement in the future.
