Development of the Knowledge Base module has gone well.  The last piece of the puzzle right now is synching theActiveCRM Knowledge Base articles to the DotNetNuke Knowledge Base.

Before users will be able to start synching their Knowledge Base articles, two new fields need to be saved to the Settings section of Active CRM: Web Access Key and Portal Address.
Active CRM Settings

Each Knowledge Base article will have a new option - Publish.  The Publish option will, through the power of Web Services, move the current article to your DotNetNuke instance along with the tags associated with the articles.
Publish Article

The DotNetNuke Knowledge Base module manages its own tags so only approved tags will show up with articles.

Once the article has been published to your DotNetNuke site the option becomes Unpublish which deletes the article from your DotNetNuke instance and all Tag Relationships.
Unpublish Article

As of this post single article publication will be the only supported piblication method, however a mass publication method is in the works and will be available as soon as possible.
