In the current version of Active CRM we have a Knowledge Base module for tracking articles but no integration for DotNetNuke.  When we started working on the integration pack we realized that we had a great opportunity with the Knowledge Base section because there are no DotNetNuke modules for Knowledge Base articles.  We decided that if we were going to be first to the market with a Knowledge Base module that we wanted to take full advantage of DotNetNuke's added support of ASP.Net AJAX and also incorporate the ASP.Net AJAX Control Toolkit.  Stay tuned for further updates.
