Active Forums 3.8 introduces several new security options. The new security grid only displays roles and/or users for which you have assigned security options. This is a big improvement for those sites that have a large number of roles. This will help eliminate any confusion and accidentally selecting the incorrect role. In addition, the new security grid is 100% AJAX. This allows you to make immediate security changes without have to press save.
