Please pardon some of the outstanding site issues while we continue to finish upgrading.  We have also cleaned up our website database as part of this upgrade.  We removed all NON customers and former customers without any activity over the past year.  Some of you have already noticed that we also enabled a more strict password policy.  Please use the Password Reminder feature if you are having problems logging into the site. 

The General Discussion and Community Support forums for Active Forums have also been opened for View access to all users and  Read, Create and Reply for all Registered Users. 

We have also begun to enforce our Support Policies for Active Forums and Active Purchase.  These support policies have been posted for almost a year.  The latest version of Active CRM will now allow us to track the support agreement for each customer.  Please review the Products section to see the support options available for each product.
