As of today, Active CRM is now processing all of our inbound email support requests. Hopefully by the end of the week we have it opened up so that you can manage your tickets from the My Account page.
Last week we finished up the User Account and Sales information integration. Now all our customer information along with sales history is managed with Active CRM. We are also hoping to give customers access to sales history information from the My Account page this week as well. More screen captures and products details in the next few days.
