Paging at Top and Bottom of Forums

I think it would be helpful to have paging at the top and bottom of forum topics. In the era of wide screen monitors it can be frustrating to have to scroll to the bottom of a thread just to be able to change to another page.

This is already possible by just adding the token to the top of the template. Since this is a UI/UX preference will continue to keep this flexibility with the templates.
