Twitter, Facebook Integration into Journal Tools

Allow users to post to Facebook/Twitter and Journal Summary at the same time.

Utilize DNN profile properties to display the Twitter/Facebook post option in journal tools. If a user hasn't filled out the profile property, the option does not show.

At the same time, if a journal entry is marked private, hide the FB/Twitter options.

I've already provided similar functionality but with limitations:

This is a good idea. I followed Jeff's tutorial but it would be great to have this infused within the control panel for greater admin/security options.
